Larry DeWitt Aug 2016 I am super excited to keep practicing what I learned and come back next summer for the level II clinic. I went with my husband to the Ascent Race at Cheyenne Mountain State Park last Wednesday. Even though I did not register to race, I rode the course and surprised myself with what I now felt more confident riding! It was a VERY rocky course and I did walk a bunch, however I also rode a bunch, with you in my head, "relax, shoulders down, eyes ahead, weight back." There were also a couple of switchbacks I was able to ride, that I would never have, without the skills I learned last week. You and Diane have given me the courage to push past my comfort zone. My husband is beyond excited that I will be able to ride with him on more than the paved bike paths. Thanks to you both for sharing your passion of biking, I loved every minute!
